Hastings Insurance Brokers announces the acquisition of Thompson Insurances
The acquisition of a majority stake of Norman Thompson Insurances Limited and Norman Thompson Life and Pensions Limited (together, Thompson Insurances) represents a hugely significant milestone for the ongoing successful expansion of the Hastings Insurance Brokers group.
Hastings Insurance Brokers (Hastings) is delighted to announce the acquisition of Thompson Insurances, one of the leading corporate insurance brokers in Ireland. The acquisition of Thompson Insurances marks an important strategic expansion for Hastings as it continues its current steady growth trajectory. Thompson Insurances will continue to trade as normal, retaining its Dublin office and all staff will stay with the business. Clients can rest assured they will be dealing with the same personalities providing the same great service.
